For all available products shipping can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on the exclusivity of the item. Products may ship earlier than the time period mentioned above, however we can use the full duration if necessary to fulfill all orders.  We do our best to process and ship orders promptly.

For pre-order items, pre-orders will be unlimited, meaning that customers can place a pre-order for any item at any time. However, please note that pre-ordered items may have longer wait times due to production and shipping delays. We will provide estimated shipping times for pre-ordered items on our website and through email communication. Please understand that these are just estimates and delays may occur beyond our control. Payment for pre-ordered items will be processed at the time of purchase. This is to secure your order and ensure that you receive the item once it becomes available. If there are significant delays in the production or shipping of pre-ordered items, we will notify customers promptly and provide updates on the status of their order. In the event that a customer wishes to cancel a pre-order, they may do so within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

After this time period, cancellations will be subject to a restocking fee. We understand that delays in receiving pre-ordered items can be frustrating.
